Refund policy

Returns and Refunds

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items for a full refund. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.

To start a return, email support@londonmoon.co.uk with your order number. We will share return instructions within 24 hours.

Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving the return, to the original payment method.

Sale and final-sale items are not eligible for refund unless faulty.
