Orders

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders placed before 12:00 GMT on a working day are dispatched the same day. You will receive tracking details by email.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been dispatched, contact us within 1 hour and we will do our best. Once dispatched, you can return the item under our 30-day returns policy.

Sizing

What sizes do you stock?

Most pieces are available in UK sizes XS to XXL or 6 to 18. Each product page lists exact measurements — see the size guide for a fit comparison.

What if I am between sizes?

We recommend sizing up for relaxed cuts and sizing down for fitted pieces. When in doubt, email us — we will reply within 24 hours.
